Community Housing is the Important Platform for Developing Circular Economy

摘要：

Circular Economy (abbreviated to C.E.in the following) is a new production method and survival pattern for human beings,following the principle of Reduction,Reuse,and Recycling.It refers to the most effective use of resources and the environmental protection in human production and life.There are four parties at different levels responsible for developing C.E.,namely enterprises,industrial parks,cities and regions.Among these four levels,community housing,which is in the position of the foundation,forerunner and pillar,is the important platform for C.E.development.
