The Quality and Price Problems Analysis of Commercial Apartment based on Signaling Transmission Game

摘要：

The background of this paper is the fact that the quality of the commercial apartment is low,but the price is high,which widespread exist in domestic real market.Basing the theory and analysis of the signaling game,this article obtains separating equilibrium and pooling equilibrium and the existence conditions in different case between the land agent having promises and no promises.The result indicated that under the separating equilibrium condition,the market can eliminate the phenomenon effectively that the poor quality commercial apartment has a high price.And under the condition of Pooling Equilibrium,if we do not take the corresponding measure to intervene,the adverse selection finally has the poor quality commercial apartment and the bad prestige developer left.
