Overview of the Circular Economy in China

摘要：

Promoting a circular economy has been identified as Chinas basic national policy to transform economic growth patterns and mitigate or solve resources and environmental problems including pressure on water resources.This paper analyzes the reasons that China badly needs to make laws and regulation of circular economy.Circular economy in China is practiced by individual firms,by consortia of firms and at the regional level.Factors that provide supports in promoting circular economy are law,economic policy and planning.
