The Researches on Economic Sustainable Development of Resource - Exhaustive City—Based on the Perspective of the Northeast Old Industrial Promotion
The economy sustainable development of resource-exhaustive city is an universal difficult problem.The practice that resource-exhaustive city shifts from the industry to the economy sustainable development has accumulated many valuable experiences.Under the condition of developing Northeast old industrial vigorously,seeking the overall mentality and measures to realize the sustainable development of the northeastern resource-exhaustive cities is very important by using the related countries experience of promoting resources cities sustainable development.This article has analyzed the difficult position which the northeastern resource-exhaustive cities face,and also the influence on resources-exhaustive cities sustainable development which caused by the Northeast old industrial base promotion.It considered that the Northeast resource-exhaustive city should enlarge the technological transformations,enhance the existing resource utilization efficiency,display the enterprise and governments function correctly,improve the human resources quality,rely on the manpower and technical power and lengthen the industrial chain link to realize economy sustainable development.
