Scientific and Technological Progress Conduct Tremendous Contribution for Economy Growth in Henan Province

摘要：

This article based on the model of Cobb-Douglas production function and the analytic indices of economy development.Multiple parameters regression estimates are used to study related statistic date from 1996 to 2005 to estimate the asset-production and the labor-production elasticity.Then,a specific analysis is made by means of Solow-remaining method on technology progress contributing to economic development.At last it analyzes the model of Henans economic development and proposes the opinions to increase the development of Henans economy.
