Study on Influence of Heavy Traffic,City Dwelling and Socio-Economic Status Based on System Dynamic Model
since the reformation of china and its open door policy as well as the rapid development of social economy,the citys development is in a high speed and great density,which therefore speed up the mechanization in the city and its process of urbanization.The amount of auto-vehicles and road traffic volume,are increasing severely and the problem of traffic jam is getting more and more severe.Problems like urban traffic jams,increase of traffic accidents and environmental pollution is not only to have a great impact on urban citizen normal life and work,but also to an obstacle on further development of city economy.Urban traffic jam is a umversal problem throughout the whole world,and the essential reason for this problem is the imbalance between the traffic demand and supply in the urban transportation system.In china,there are problems like transportation demand management falls far behind the development of urban transportation as well as problem of traffic structure,land utilization and city distribution.All these problems lead the urban traffic jam to be more and more severe.Transportation demand management,as an advanced means of transportation management,has become an important means used to solve urban traffic problems.However,the application of transportation demand management strategy is a rather complicated systemic project,which has great effects on the development of urban economy.Presently,the evaluation of transportation demand management is still on the level of reachability,having nothing to do with the economic influence brought about by transportation demand management.This paper mainly discusses the interaction of city economy and various factors in the urban system after applying transportation demand management make a study about the economic influence of transportation demand management within the framework of system dynamics,and finally provide strategic support for the application of transportation demand management,construction of urban harmonious transportation,as well as to provide harmonious transportation system for the citys harmonious development to speed up the economic development of the city.
