Studies on Ways of Government Procurements Support for SMEs
In recent years,Small and median enterprises(SMEs) are playing a more and more significative role in national economy and society development with their quantity increasing unceasingly and scale expanding gradually.Our country takes supporting SMEs development as an important factor of economics and has formulated a series of policies offering the support for them.Actually,government procurement is a quite universal method to cultivate SMEs.China has formulated Government Procurement Law and SMEs Promotion Law aiming at making the legal basis support SMEs through government procurement.Yet in the complex government procurement market,the market proportion of SMEs occupied about 99％ overall enterprises is miniscule.This article just discusses the ways of government procurements support for SME on the basis of analyzing the questions of mechanism and market power of government procurements support for SMEs.
