Sustainable Development of Resource-exhausted Cities—A Case Study on Industry Transformation of Jiaozuo City

摘要：

Industry transformation is an inevitable choice for resource-exhausted cities to achieve sustainable development.However,there are many obstacles during industry transformation,such as backward development ideas,insufficient talents,technology and capital,dilemma in choosing new projects,double restriction of resource and environment,cities dysfunction and poor comprehensive capability.Taking the industry transformation of Jiaozuo City as a case study,the paper studied and analyzed how resource-exhausted cities practice industry transformation to achieve sustainable development.Based on the study and analysis,some practical and feasible measures were put forward.
