The Research on the Financial Policies Conducive to the Rise of the Central Region and Promotion of Technological Innovation1

摘要：

Technological innovation is of great significance for the rise of the central region,and financial policies have an active role in promoting technological innovation.With the implementation of rising strategy in middle China,the central region has increasingly become a new hot spot in Chinas regional economic development.For the economic development in the central region,technological innovation is a very important incentive.This paper focuses on the existing financial policies inadequacy in promoting the technological innovation of the enterprises in Chinas central region,and on this basis,proposes the proper financial policies which will promote the technological innovation.
