Research on Resources Division Evolution and Economy Growth Mode Changing in China

摘要：

Economics concerned the scarce factor allocating between different utility,but it has not taken the natural resources and environment factor into its research field.Nowadays the bottleneck of natural resources and environment has become the definitely factor restricting economy growth,and how to realize economy coordinate development in long term has very important meaning.This article bring forward the theory of Resources Division based on scarce production factor changing after systematical combs the division theory.Based on theoretical analyzing,this article emphasized that China should realize economy growth depend on circular economy development mode by government regulation,so that can realize the sustainable development.
