Integrating Technology Innovation Modes within Supply Chain Based Enterprise

摘要：

The different meanings,strengths and shortcomings,and realization conditions of enterprises independent innovation,imitational innovation and united innovation are discussed in this article.Taking the successful integration of domestic and foreign science and technology innovation such as Mei Gao Mei Color Television Products and Refrigeration Products of Haier as example.This article analyzes that enterprises can carry out the technology innovation integration strategy of three innovative modes base on supply chain management,and also elaborates the important role of the technology innovation integration strategy in realizing the innovative resources and capability share and improving the core competitive power.
