Research on The Perception of Compensation Justice in Enterprises

This paper makes compensation justice perception in work organization(enterprises) as the main study object in order to research on the infection factors of and the relationship between compensation justice perception,compensation satisfaction and organizational commitment.Through the explored analysis,the triple-type model of compensation justice perception was proved and named as compare in result,explanation in procedural and attitude in communication.Through correlation analysis,the result is that three factors of compensation justice perception are related with,while the attitude in communication alleviates the relationship between compensation satisfaction and the explanation in procedural.Through regression method ,it is found out compensation justice perception effect organizational commitment through compensation satisfaction,and work atmosphere relates with compensation justice perception.
