Study on Tour Guides Compensation System Reform in China

摘要：

In the whole tourism activities process,tour guides play a dominant role.Tour guide service has a bearing on the service quality in tourism.Tour guide service of the current process exists with many problems that can not be ignored.These issues ultimately stem from its compensation system unreasonable.There is a big danger about compensation system based on rebate.We must reform the current compensation system and establish a scientific and reasonable compensation system to ensure the healthy development of the tourism industry.In this paper I explore the compensation system status quo and the problems,then to propose the corresponding solutions for compensation system reform.
