Create Compensation Mechanism and Lift Employees Motivation Level based on Implicit Demands
The competition among enterprises,the creating,using and improving of the knowledge and the optimal allocation of resources are all achieved by knowledge employee—the carrier of knowledge.Especially in knowledge economy times,the human capital and knowledge capital have become the resource of competitive advantage and how to motivate knowledge employee effectively becomes the hot topic in modern enterprises.Based on the literature review of the analysis of knowledge employees demands,through the deep analysis of demands depth—explicit demands and implicit demands,this paper discusses the characters of knowledge employees implicit demands,brings forward the principle of compensation motivation design and compensation motivation mechanism based on knowledge employees implicit demands.
