Systems Dynamics Application to Human Resource Compensation and Promotion Policies
This paper puts forward through a case study a model to analyze the validity of compensation and promotion policies as HRM (human resource management) is concerned.From todays viewpoint,HRM acts as an equal partner in forging companys competitive strategies rather than just tailor to them,so it should be planned in much wider context and larger time scope.As proved to be two of the most important motivators for brain workers in China,compensation and promotion issues are considered when establishing the model.In order to deal with the dynamic nature and nonlinear interdependency of complex system,SD (systems dynamics) method is adopted.
