Existent Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese Corporations Incentive Mechanism

摘要：

corporations vigor is the impetus of corporation long-term development and corporation core competitive capability.The key of corporations vigor lies in whether incentive mechanism is reasonable or not,effective incentive mechanism will bring sufficient vigor into corporations.However,Chinese corporation especially state-owned enterprises lack effective incentive mechanism,which certainly will influence the development of Chinese corporation.Therefore,it is essential to do some research on incentive mechanism of Chinese corporation.
