International Competition-Protect System and Corporations Transnational Governance

摘要：

The article points out that the international competition-protect system is still at the burgeoning stage.The framework of international competition-protect system consists of three parts and two categories in the content.And the writer asserts that it is at present far from the need of international business practice.After analyzing the problems,the writer thinks that in a short term,some kind of guiding rules may be produced that serve the purpose of international competition-protect on certain fundamental issues.And more,the writer calls the corporations attention to the relevant contingency tactics during the transnational business.
