Research on Decision-making Model of Solicitation Factors on Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions

摘要：

Enterprises cross-border mergers and acquisitions have been affected by many solicitation factors.According to the assumptions of solicitation factors analyzing,after the overall analyses of the benefit and cost of cross-border mergers and acquisitions,the transnational enterprise will make decision on the cross-border mergers and acquisitions with the purpose of profit maximizing.The essential of decision-making is to compare the costs and benefits of cross-border mergers and acquisitions,so as to get the expected NPV of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.The paper set up quantificational method to form the decision-making analysis.
