Horizontal Merger,Scale Economy and Strategic Selection of China Household Electrical Appliance Enterprises

摘要：

Household Electric Appliance Industry is one of the most competitive industries in China,and its market features close to that of perfect competition market structure.This paper analyzes the effect of scale economy on horizontal merger of China household electrical appliance enterprises by applying the analysis method of Kearney industry evolution curve and the new classical economic theory.Finally comes into a conclusion that horizontal integration strategy should be the main strategic selection of China household electrical appliance enterprises at present.
