Chinese enterprises have started the upsurge of overseas mergers and acquisitions (M&As).In order to take full advantage of opportunities of overseas mergers and acquisitions,Chinese enterprises should make a globalization strategy and establish professional M&As capabilities.The fast way for Chinese enterprises to quickly occupy overseas markets and master technologies is to merger and acquire overseas competitive opponents.However,mergers and acquisitions are not easy.What Chinese government needs to do is to make policies to promote overseas mergers and acquisitions.
