Management Prospective on Coal Accident Mechanism and Prevention Countermeasures

摘要：

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents also brought a surprising loss to the staff,enterprises and the community.Based on the impact of coal mine accidents occurred mechanism of the study,the article pointed out that the occurrences of management factors,human factors,material and environmental factors combined result,in all possible causes,management is the key to the nature of the accident causes.Therefore,mine accidents prevention needs to strive for the improvement of management,factors.Mine managers also must take effective acts on management system,safe law establishment,organization construction and cultures environment innovations,etc.
