Study on Rate Adjustment Model for Water Supply Company Based on Risk Control

摘要：

In accordance with the regulations of water price,the profit rate of water company is about 8％ to 12％.It is difficult to ensure the water company to gain regulated earning in the whole cooperation term that is longer than 20 years due to the fluctuant costs.In this paper,the conditions of water price adjusting are designed,the water price model based on the risk control is founded.It has proved that the earning of water company varies between 8％ to 12％.The highest risk have been assessed ,it has proved that the highest risk can be controlled by adjusting the parameters.
