Risk Analysis and Establishment of Risk-Avoidance Mechanisms of HRM Outsourcing
This paper starts with analysis of the risks of outsourcing Human Resource Management (HRM) from three aspects: system,management,and culture.Based on the analysis,the paper proposes that in order to avoid these risks,legal mechanism,risk warning mechanism,process monitoring mechanism,driving and restricting mechanism,communication and coordination mechanism,mechanism for cultural reconstruction etc.,should be established.
