Optimization of Chinas Insurance Supervision

摘要：

The history of Chinas Insurance is relatively short;correspondingly,the history of Chinas Insurance Supervision is not long.However,in a short period,Chinas Insurance Supervision has basically established a centralized and uniform Insurance Supervision organizing system and a legal system for Insurance Supervision.In this paper,we discuss the status quo of Chinas insurance supervision and give some advice on reforming.
