Study on the Financing Difficulties of Mid- and Small-scale Enterprises in China

摘要：

Mid-and small-scale enterprises are very important for our national economy in increasing local finance income and social supplies,expanding exportation,technical innovation and the prosperity of local economy.But at present the financing environment of mid & small-scale enterprises worsen,the finance channels are obstructed,which causes many financing problems and restrictions to development of the mid-and small-scale enterprises.This article will give a brief introduction to the present financing situation and the reasons of our countrys mid-and small-scale enterprises.At the same time by referring to financial systems and the policies of the western developed countries,it emphatically proposes some financing strategies for the mid-and small-scale enterprises.
