Venture Capital Decision Model based on Real Option and Investor Behavior

摘要：

Based on the study of real options in single venture capital decision model,we tried to use prospect theory as the core idea and the method of study,and the optimal combined model of venture capital based on investor behavior was established,how to distribute the wealth of investor effectively between the selected individual venture capital projects was studied.
