Analysis on Organization Structure of Local Financial Industry — The Case of Henan Province

摘要：

Local finance refers to the whole of financial institutions,which are established with the joint investment from local government,companies,communities and individuals,approved by financial supervisory and regulatory institutions and organized with such forms as stock-holding,joint stock-holding and cooperatives,with the aim to serve the development of local economy.This research paper,taking the local finance in Henan Province as an instance,analyzes the industrial structure of local finance and practically studies the situation of scale economy in local finance.The final result got suggests the diseconomy of scales in local finance.
