Study on the Financing in Coal Enterprises
The System reforming in coal enterprises in our country has already entered into a stage where critical problems need to be addressed,and facing the problem of resources drying up,resources-typed enterprises have to find the new economic growth method in order to become bigger and stronger.The implement of Company Law?and(the Stock Certificate Law?on January 1st in 2007,and the pass of the IPO of Tian-an coal industry incorporated company controlled by the Pingdingshan Coal Group,by the Issuance Examination Commission of China Securities Regulatory Commission in the 18th cession in 2006,have combined to usher in a new time for the financing in coal enterprises which will be researched and studied in this paper through the value chain principle.
