Review of the Effectiveness of Audit Committee System Research in China

摘要：

With the research of nearly 100 papers on the effectiveness of the corporate audit committee on china periodical website in the period 2002-2006,this study not only concluded the past,the present as well as the prediction of the future of audit committee study ,but also proposed my own idea.The study will contribute to the improvement of audit committee system,and increase the improvement of capital structure theory and the development of capital market.
