Deepen the System Reform on Taxation and Relevant Fee Charges

摘要：

There are serious tax-lost and over-charged problems in China.The primary cause of theseproblem is the current irrational system of collecting tax and charge.Establishing real open transparentsystem should make the action of collecting tax and charge standardizing and providing advantagedconditions for the well-development of macro-economy and the improvement of peoples standard ofliving.
