On Establishing Economic Supervision System in Enterprises

摘要：

Nowadays,the external environment of business management is becoming more and more complex,and the risk of managers to fulfill a contract is bigger than ever.So how to evaluate and supervise management activities are especially important.In the paper,we present the differences between economic supervision and internal audit,the goal and functions of economic supervision,and the method of establishing economic supervision system in enterprises.
