Empirical Analysis on Relationship among Social Capital、Absorptive Capacity and Innovative Performance of High-tech SMEs in China

摘要：

In this paper,we empirically analyses the relationship among social capital,absorptive capacity and innovative Performance,the date coming from questionnaires of 102 high-tech SMEs in Changchun city in China.As a result of this study,it is demonstrated that potential and realized absorptive capacity are positively with the innovative performance.It is also shown that structural and relational dimension of social capital are positively with potential absorptive capacity and cognitive dimension is positively with realized absorptive capacity.At the same time,structural and relative dimension are positively with cognitive dimension.
