Supplier Quality Performance Measurement System*

摘要：

Quality performance is excellent performance that organizations reach to high quality at lower cost when they operate and manage according to advanced quality management system.How to measure supplier quality performance or excellent performance is very important for improving the quality of an organizations products and services.There have been ample researches on supplier selection criteria and performance evaluation,however,much less work can be found about the practice of supplier quality performance measurement.In this paper,supplier quality performance measurement system is developed using the China Quality Award (CAQ) as the theoretical framework,then empirical approach for supplier quality performance measurement is presented by means of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method based on data from motorcycle industry.
