Review Company Learning Capability and Its Related Countermeasures in Zhejiang Province

摘要：

Only with broad range of learning and excellent learning capability can an enterprise win in the intensified market competition and gain competitive advantages.Therefore,the enhanced competition brought about by the intensified forces Enterprises to establish more effective ways and mechanisms of learning capability from the internal enterprises.Basing on the research of present learning situation of the enterprises in Zhejiang province,the thesis indicates that the enterprises in Zhejiang Province are still on simple imitation stage.In accordance with this judgment,the thesis gives suggestions through which the above mentioned problem could be solved: to strengthen entrepreneurs learning consciousness,to establish effective internal incentive and restraint mechanisms,to broaden enterprises learning channels and knowledge source,and to provide an interactive learning environment.
