A Research on Service Performance of Tourism Supply Chain

摘要：

This paper puts forward the index system of evaluating performance of tourism supply chain service from three attribute domains of operation domain,hierarchy domain and composition domain;Use entropy technology and analytic hierarchy process to carry on the evaluation of service performance and probes into the application of tourism supply chain theory in practice,which has quite important meaning on enhancing the competitive power of the whole tourism supply chain as well as the node enterprises in the tourism supply chain.Finally,three problems that need further study in this field are pointed out in this paper
