Study on EWMIS of Supply Chain Based on KM
Today many manufacturing enterprises focus on optimizing supply chains because they want to win competitions in a globalized market,and how to develop the advantages of the knowledge resources has already been the direction that the business enterprise is thinking.In fierce competitions,only supply chains built with an excellent EWMIS(early warning management information system) could minimize the risk of operations and guarantee the quality of products and services.This paper analyzes the framework of KM(knowledge management) of early warning management information system in supply chain,followed by the discussions of how the value of knowledge increased,and an example to explain that KM is important for EWMIS.The study provides a baseline for future research in the study of KM and early warning system in supply chain.
