Research on the Incentive Mechanism for Carrying out Cleaner Production in Industrial Enterprise

摘要：

Industrial waste letting is the main cause of environment pollution and the degenerativeness of nature.It has been proved by many developed countries that cleaner production is the best measure in solving industrial pollution problems.However,it is really hard to make the enterprises carry out cleaner production performance spontaneously thoroughly since there are a lot of obstacles and restrictions existing in the enterprises.Basing on analyzing the obstacles in Chinas industrial enterprises,this paper discusses how to compose an integrated mechanism to drive the industrial enterprises to carry out cleaner production.
