摘要：

The model of project controlling could increase the managing lever and controlling capacity of freeway construction engineering on owners,which could be carried out by project controlling decision support system.The paper advances the functional objective and designs the structure and key technology of project controlling decision support system.They are the theory basic and technical support for establishing the project controlling decision support system.
