International Internet Governance under IPv6

摘要：

In this article, Internet governance mechanism including the Evolution of Internet Governance,international conferences is introduced.It shows the difference of IPv4 and IPv6,the need of IPv4 transiting to IPv6.A new analytical mathematical model is designed on the issue of International Internet Governance.The relative results are summarized and forecasted.
