ERP Implementation Method Based on Bill of X

摘要：

To overcome the shortcomings of the traditional methods,an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation method based on BOX (Bill of X) was proposed.An ERP implementation model based on BOX is established.The model captures business requirements of the enterprise with high-level statements instead of the low-level customization settings of typical ERP packages.And the business requirement model base on BOX established this way is vendor neutral and can be mapped to the ERP solution-specific configuration settings.An ERP implementation process based on BOX is also proposed,which could provide supports to all the phases and activities of the ERP project lifecycle.The method proposed can shorten the implementation time,lower the costs and realize the ERP implementation strategy of fast business system reconfiguration.
