Research on Information System Strategic Planning in Changing Environment
With the fast development of information technology and global economics,the environment of modern enterprises has become more and more changing.The changes of enterprise environment contain two aspects of meanings,one refers to the changes of the external competitive environment,and the other is the changes of the internal developing environment,such as the reconstruction of organization structure.The changing enterprise environment brings new challenges to the information system strategic planning (ISSP),since ISSP must reflect the changing requirements of enterprises that information systems serve.In this paper,based on an analysis on the changing characteristics of enterprise environment and a survey on the existed methods for information system strategic planning,the necessity of studying the ISSP method under changing enterprise environment is emphasized,and further a research agenda for ISSP method under changing enterprise environment is presented.
