Multi-objective Decision-Making Method of IS Outsourcing
In order to adapt the market environment,enterprises can use advanced information technology for enhancing its core competitive ability.However,most enterprises lack of management techniques and development experiences of information system (IS) or information technology (IT),which often bring about the low efficiency,even collapse of enterprise IS.Therefore,IS outsourcing is the effective way.As for the enterprise,when carrying on outsourcing decision-making,which problems or goals must be considered and how? This paper proposes an effective multi-objective decision-making model for IS outsourcing decision-making.The model will help an enterprise effectively choose the IS service provider according to its own conditions and exterior market resources.A case is conducted to confirm feasibility and usability of this decision-making method.
