Reusing Learning Resources in E-learning based on Dynamic Ontologies
In this paper,we discuss a conceptual model to increase the reusability level of learning resources based on reusability-context ontologies.In order to reason among ontologies,we propose some rules for combining and changing dynamic ontologies.
