Competitive Reaction: An Useful Tool for Measuring Saloon Car Industry in China
The force of a certain strategy is not necessarily decided by the initial action the enterprise takes,but by the enterprises prediction exactness of the rivals reaction.Also,the competitive pattern depends on the reactions of the rivals,customers and other participators in the competitive environment and the synthetically results of these alternative reactions as time goes by.A careful design of strategy is no better than the scientific prediction and analysis of the rivals action and the effective reaction to it with best tactics.This article investigated the actuality of Chinas saloon car industry,and some countermeasures are given based on the research at the end of the discussion.
