摘要：

The paper discusses the history and structure of the US Army Leadership war field manual FM22-100 for the reason that the Army has generated many a excellent leaders no matter in war or peace.The US Army keeps on revise the manual and made it a large complex system with framework and abundant cases.We also extend a brief introduction to the doctrine so that we can learn something interested in it.
