Research on Entrepreneurs Business Lifecycle and Enterprise Lifecycle in China
Firstly,this thesis expatiates on theories about enterprise lifecycle and entrepreneurs business lifecycle(EBL).Thus,explores what factors influence enterprise growth and entrepreneur development respectively,in which it analyzes how the environment of entrepreneur development influences EBL by the ground of macro-environment of enterprise growth and entrepreneur development in our country.Secondly,by the angle of management and basing on the hypothesis that the phase of EBL matches the one of enterprise lifecycle,it probes into the mechanism by which enterprise lifecycle and EBL interact with each other from two perspectives of the roles that entrepreneur plays in enterprise growth and the promotion that enterprise growth brings to the upgrade of entrepreneurs human capital.Thirdly,this thesis quotes the typical cases of Haier,Lenovo and JuRen in China for comparison and demonstration analysis.
