The current knowledge team is playing the more and morevital role,how does well theknowledge team management is the realitybut the urgent duty.This article obtains from in theknowledge teams two thinking mode,has conducted the thorough research to decomposition-style thethought and the system-style thought,analyzed two thinking modelto produce the coordination commonmechanism.
