Research on the Improvement of Independent Technological Innovation Capability Based on Knowledge Management

摘要：

An enterprises independent technological innovation process is a process the enterprise sufficiently absorbs and uses external knowledge,integrates it with internal knowledge,and gradually forms new knowledge.This article expounds the main knowledge activities in the process of an enterprises independent technological innovation,analyzes the way to improve independent technological innovation efficiency,as well as to improve the enterprises capability of independent technological innovation by means of the management of knowledge acquisition,knowledge learning and knowledge innovation.
