The Collaborative Commerce Chain Governance Amelioration—A New Perspective on Knowledge Collaboration

摘要：

This article deals with the collaborative commerce problem from the perspective of contract risk,By applying game theory mode to analyze the insufficient aspect of traditional appraisal method then the hidden reason in collaborative failures is uncovered.That is intangible cost and revenue tradeoff which is too often ignored.And also by this reason the common knowledge gap between partners are formed,also the opportunism space exist.As the solution a improved mechanism structure based on collaborative knowledge chain will provided.
