The Quantitative Model of Knowledge Changes in Knowledge Spillover

摘要：

The knowledge improvement and variation in the process of knowledge spillovers are main ways of the knowledge innovation.This paper has discussed and designed quantitative models of knowledge changes in knowledge spillovers,proposed methods to judge knowledge change belonging to knowledge variation or knowledge improvement,and established the foundation for simulating the knowledge innovation of clusters.
